...your time is coming, Valek...
Yup, this is a plot with Valek, and Hades, and a few other characters that still need to found. Anyway, basically what happens is that Valek's with Neytiri when Hades(god of death) decides to come visit his daughter, who, yes, is Neytiri. He sees Valek with her, and foretells Valek's death.
After that I don't really know, but I do this plot is going to end in Valek dying, as Hades predicted. I'm not quite sure how he's gonna die, but I think it would be cute if he died defending Neytiri or something like that.

As additional ideas...
- So...I don't know how long Valek'll be allowed to live before he actually meets Hades, and then I'm guessing it'll be a short time ater that when his death actually comes about?
- After they meet and get past the formalities (for lack of a better word), will they be wandering? Or will they stay in a land? I know Valek'll probably have other mares or other threads he's in a well, I'm guessing.
- I know that Neytiri (who obviously doesn't know her dad's the Lord of the Dead) will be stuck between a rock and a hard place. She'll be a bit scared of him, perhaps, maybe she'll find her dad a tad bit repulsive? After she really gets to know Valek...yada yada...she'll want to choose him over her father. Maybe Hades wants her to come to him and be with him when he returns to his Underworld, and Neytiri wants to stay with Valek. Then Hades would be jealous, and he'll foretell Valek's death, etc.
- But should Valek die protecting her, or should she try to protect him?
- And when this is all over and we have to be sad that Valek's gone, Neytiri will have to decide if she'llgive in to her father's will and go to the Underworld with him, or if she'll search for a way to...perhaps...bring Valek back to life? Like, a potion? Maybe she'll become a god/minor god herself?
- Of course, I don't doubt the plot'll begin to change if and when we find other charries to dd in. This is just brainstorming.

Oooo. I like the idea of Neytiri trying to find a way to bring Valek back to life, because she must have some powers like her father's. So maybe she figures out a way to bring him back.

Yep. Hades can chase her, after he kills Valek *muffled sob* and the only reason Neytiri can hide i because she finds he ha some of her father's powers, and she can disguise herself for a short time. Then she searchess or a cure, a potion of some kind, and she knows she only has limited time before she's found by Hades. So she finds a cure, then she finds a way to resurrect him. But it involves getting the help of another god/goddess? That's one way to add in another charrie if we want. So maybe Neytiri has to find a potion, a gift from a god, and she has to go to someplace sacred to the gods, or travel somewhere to resurrect Valek. Maybe she gets a prophecy in there somewhere that leads her to finding these things?

Well, Hades hates Valek even before he knows that Valek's with his daughter, so this is going to get very interesting.
Actually, what I was thinking that because Neytiri's there when Valek dies(maybe) she accidently takes his soul/spirit before Hades does. Then she gets the prophecy from one of the gods and she has to figure out how to ressurect him with Hades chasing her, or something like that. Although Hades is also in a plot with Kana, so he'll be busy from time to time.

Ooh. I like that idea, like that's something Neytiri inherits from her father. She's blood related and closely attracted to Valek's soul, so she takes its power. Then, it's her job to find what to do with it...either ferry it to the Underworld where he'll rest in peace (and so will she...maybe when she takes on his spirit, she's plagued by visions, things like that?) or she can find a way to bring him back to life, since he suffered a violent death.
Any idea which god we should get the gift from? I was thinking either the God of Time or the God of War. Then Neytiri has to find the Truthseeker and get the prophecy from her, which will tell her how to use the gift and take it to wherever she needs to go, to reunite Valek with his body and spirit. We can do just a prophecy if you want, but a god's gift might be better, too, plus the potion Neytiri would have to find and mix together. I dunno.

I reckon she should get the gift from the goddess of war(Athena), and one of the things she needs for the potion is something from the underworld, like, say, sand from one of Hades hourglasses. Actually, that would work really well. One of the things she should have to find is the sand from Valek's hourglass, which Hades keeps in the underworld with all his other hourglasses.
I'll ask Wild about going to the Turthseeker, but Athena's also the goddess of wisdom, so maybe that could work as well. Or maybe Neytiri has to travel into the divine realms.

Yes. Yes, I love it. Neytiri has to travel to the divine realms and meet the Truthseeker there (the first place, so she can get the prophecy). Maybe she faces a kind of test as she enters, like she has to be pure and selfless and all that stuff to pass and enter the realms. Maybe the Truthseeker will test her.
Then, Neytiri has to find one thing on her own. For it to be part of the prophecy and part of the potion to resurrect Valek, it has to be something meaningful to her. Or maybe something of Valek's, that she has to look for. Then, she has to find Athena, who'll be traveling the realms. Maybe she has to go into the Cursed lands and find her, and she'll face another test: prove herself worthy and recieve the gift from Athena, and gain passage from Athena to leave the Cursed lands. Or, if she doesn't prove worthy to Athena, she'll be trapped in the Cursed lands.
And then, the final thing she needs to resurrect Valek is some of his hourglas sand. Either she'll need to face him and he'll have to accept her resurrecting Valek (probably not) or she'll have to find the entrance to the Underworld and sneak in. Then she'll have to find Valek's hourglass.

Yeah, although if Valek's with her in the Cursed lands she'll probably be able to get out without passing Athena's test, but I don't think she should know that.

Whaddya mean?
Like, she won't have to pass a test with Athena? Or should Neytiri just be able to pass into the Cursed lands anyway, cause she has some of Hades' powers?

Nah, she should pass Athena's test, but she should be able to get out anyway, and I reckon Valek should be trying to tell her the whole time.

Kinda. It's more like he's following her around.
