Ooh. Good idea, I likey. And...yeah, it'd probbly be reasonable that Neytiri could escape the Cursed lands, having met her father. So, so far, Neytiri's traveling to the Truthseeker to get a prophecy, finding Athena in the Cursed lands to get a gift from hr, searching for the one thing tht means a lot to her and Valek (on her own), and then traveling to Hades' lair to get some sand from Valek's hourglass. And Valek's spirit pops up every now and then, too.
So, if everything I've got is right, will Neytiri face Hades and confront him, and he'll let her get Valek's sand? Or will she have to sneak in and get it herself?

Ooh. Good idea, that'll be a way for Neytiri to, kind of, really notice her powers. If she can resurrect Valek, she'll realize that she's not worthless or, well, cursed. 'Course, now I've gotta find a way to trick Hades and you in my post. *thinks*
