PRODIGY raised young to be strong and a quick thinker, she trained with her father to be a warrior someday, because she wanted to live in the action herself; when she was a year and a half, Mother had a second daughter named Neytiri, who was almost as competitive, but noticeably more intellectual and thoughtful, and while Slywanin was out training for battle, Neytiri was learning the ways of the world on her own
TRAGEDY four years ago, when Sylwanin was five and a half, she had been away from home for over a year and she returned to visit, tracking them for weeks until she found Mother and Father lying dead, and sister and brother were gone; her oldest brother had been out for a while anyways, but young Neytiri wouldn't have left yet and so she searched for her, finally finding her days later, unconscious and hidden from whatever had killed their parents.
SORROW unable to bear the pain of seeing Neytiri like this, she carried her to water nearby and cleaned her cuts and wounds until she perked up and awoke, but Sylwanin was gone and promised not to return because she wouldn't be able to bear the pain; for a while Syl searched in Tainted Paradise and tracked Neytiri's scent, following it all the way to the Cursed lands

PERSONA

STRONG she isn't queasy or squeamish in any way, but she's often at the lead of a group or willing to compete for something she wants, and with her quick thinking it isn't hard for her to get it
CAPABLE she's very 'can-do' and won't quit or give up on something, and doesn't believe in lost causes; she isn't always positive and definitely has her mood swings, but she is productive and doesn't like people who sit around or are pessimistic about things, and whatever issues she has she usually gets over quickly.
TROUBLED the one thing she can't forget is the sight of her parents murdered, and the feeling of vengeance she wants, to find who killed them and avenge them; she doesn't know, however, about her sister's amnesia, although she suspects it, but she remembers the last thing Neytiri said to her, before she left her again, and she hasn't told anyone what it was.
