CHASED her stepfather has never disappeared from her life and she knows she’s always being chased because he comes to her in her nightmares every night, and she can’t shut him out; her stepfather knows about her powers and although she doesn’t know it, he’s afraid of her, so he sends The Warden to capture her and lock her inside his prison, claiming her ‘mental insanity’ led her to murder her sister

TORMENTED by her nightmares every night, she can’t forget the memory of her sister and what her stepfather did to her; she remembers how, before her mother was dead, she had a nice life with him and was even in love with a young stallion, but he mysteriously disappeared one day and she never saw him again, and that was when her mother fell ill and Babydoll was convinced her stepfather poisoned her and killed Keiro, her beloved
WILLFUL though half the time she’s scared out of her wits she is at heart an independent spirit who doesn’t like to be told what she can and can’t do or be pushed around, and she wants to be a leader but finds it too difficult to lead a normal life when she’s always on the run and when she has such an uncontrollable temper, that even she wonders if she’s as insane as everyone claims

she can do nearly anything with her mind, move things, destroy things, create things, and transform things, anything she wants, and this means no prison can hold her in, no horse can try to control her, and whoever she unleashes her mind on is as good as dead

she gets lost in her mind…imagines things, relives her memories even when she isn’t sure if they’re real or not; she shuts down and withdraws from everyone when she feels threatened or scared or angry; however, whenever her anger gets loose there is no way it can be controlled, and even she can’t stop it
