Bold Alliance
The mighty bay spept into the grassy land carried by his strong, lanky legs as they reached out over the ground, his strides growing longer and longer, his chest swelling with every mighty breath. The Thoroughbred galloped over the plains and soon reached a hilltop overlooking a beautiful valley, the most magnificent he had ever seen. There lay a vast lake with a small spit of land in the middle, a large open grassland connecting it to the forests which were thick to the east, and to the north spread a small mountain range, connecting the terra to the mountainous lands beyond. Bold slowed his fast gait, coasting along for several strides before finally reaching a halt. As his neck turned behind him, he scanned the plains for his companion mare who was following close behind. She was a Thoroughred, as was he, and her height matched his, yet she was slightly more stocky than he was. Queen whinnied to Bold, her strong voice carrying over the plain. She walked up beside him and halted, looking out over the bowl shaped valley with a brilliant smile plastered on her broad face. Bold knew this was the place for them. He nudged Queen, and they stepped down the hill and on into their new land.
