Here lies the auditions for the gods and goddesses roaming the mortal realms. Anyone can audition.

What you must do to audition for the part of a god or goddess is choose one of the ones yet unclaimed(uncrossed out) and figure out a bio for that him or her. The divines must look slightly equine, and must have a relatively normal looking form. Other than that, they can be any colour, they can be extremely powerful and, yes, they can have wings, horns, spikes, tails, fins, flippers, etc. Below lies the list, the form is the same one used in the creation of normal horses. Have fun.

Ooo I'd like to try for the Goddess of War!

Name:
Lucha
(Means "fight" in Spanish)

Age:
She's a goddess!! For goodness sakes, after a couple thousand years she stopped counting. Woman don't like to be old, remember? Anyway, it's just numbers. She doesn't look old at all. She looks maybe 5 or 6.

Gender:
Mare

Height(hh):
16.1 hh

Breed:
Well, she's a Goddess, of course, but she looks like an Arabian/Friesan cross. Strong, but feminine and delicate-looking.

Colour:
She's a gorgeous black pinto, but instead of white, it's red. Like a sabino. Splashes on her lower legs and stomach, chest, shoulders, hips. She has a star (Like perfect 5 point star) that's usually hidden beneath her streaked forelock. More on this below.

Extras:
About her star:
It's a perfect five pointed star, and it's usually red. But in the midst of fighting, it gets brighter.
Her eyes are crimson, too. Sometimes it seems like they darken when she's fighting.

Persona:
Well. She didn't get to be the Goddess of War for being peaceful! She's got a fiery temper, ready to snap at any moment. She's always ready to fight, but if someone surrenders, she very quickly acknowledges that. I mean, she's not cruel. But she's strong and devoted, and though she might look beautiful, looks can be decieving.

History:
She was always a bit feisty, always ready to pick fights in her herd and show up the other foals, making sure they knew she ranked higher then them. Of course, her family booted her out of the herd after she caused too much trouble, so she headed off to find a new place to live. She quickly found friends, and enemies. She was taken in by a young stag, who loved her deeply. He called for a Battle Royale, and it was very obvious that Lucha would win and become his Queen.

However, he was horrified and shocked by her fighting display. She seriously injured many of the mares in her attempt to show her stag what a powerful mare she was. When he rejected her and chose a different mare, Lucha retaliated. She murdered the stag and his newly named Queen, then the rest of the herd. She vowed to never forget the harm that stallions can do. From then on, she embraced her title honorably, truly becoming the Goddess of War, never allowing herself to fall victim to a stag's dishonor again. She became an honorable fighter, never just murdering like she had.

Power:
She can force a horse to the ground with her mind. But she doesn't abuse her power; she only really uses it to make a fierce rebel to surrender.

Interesting Feature(s):
She has wings and a horn. Her wings are black on top, shining like obsidian, but the underfeathers are bright red, like blood. Her horn is crimson and black, swirled, like marble.

Auditioning For - * Goddess Of Love *

Name - Kallistei (Kalli)

Gender - Mare (no, duh)

Height - 16 hh

Age - Umm...I lost count. She's supposed to be ageless...she looks like she's four or five years old.

Breed - Divine horse, I guess. Really, she changes. It's not to her own doing, but she changes her looks to appear in a form most appealing or beautiful for the mortals that see her. To the gods, she is always her true form. A pure white mare, unscarred or marred in any way.

Color - Like I said, she changes her looks, although she knows she does it and doesn't try to. Her truest form, only seen by the gods, is that of a pure white mare. Her eyes are flecked shades of blue and gold and silver, and her hooves are a silvery color. Her mane also seems white with a silver shimmer to it. She wears a silver threaded necklace, strung with all shades of blue and green gems to represent the sea, and tiny diamond studs are threaded into her mane and tail. On her right side of her croup, an imprint of a sea animal appears there. It is always there and it represents many things, often the mood she is feeling.

Extras - She can morph into sea animals, or she can morph into merhorses (with tail fins), grow fish gills when she swims underwater, or grow wings when she wishes to fly. Her fins are silver-green and glossy, and her wings are teal blue or periwinkle with a silver sheen.

Persona - Her mood changed. It changes frequently, sometimes without warning. She calls herself very humble and she is when she's in a good mood. But her temper can flare hotter than fire when someone tries to contradict her. She is passionate about whatever side she chooses to take and almost stubborn, but she won't let anyone or any cause drive her away from what she thinks it true. Or the cause she falls in love with. She tends to follow lost causes, because she always follows her heart. Even when someone's analytical mind contradicts her, she believes that if it's true in her heart, she can make it happen. Oh, and she doesn't have an analytical side in her mind, at least she doesn't use it. There's only the open, creative side.

History - She was there from the beginning, when she was born from the sea foam and when she won Paris' heart and the golden apple of Eris. She has lived on through the years and has changed ever greatly. Tempted, sought, fought over, infatuated by, and never once anything she could call truly 'loved'. She has loved many things, but has never really been loved for herself, or not for anything more than her divine, outstanding beauty. Of course, she has left her council of heaven with the other gods to roam the earth for now. She knows fully well that in such a mortal place, it would be highly unlikely to find anything of the sort she is looking for. Not to say she isn't searching, because she is always searching. If anything, she is required to search the most of all the gods and goddesses because if it is one thing that they are searching for, it is the one thing to free the forever Cursed from their fate. And that is love.

Powers - Despite what most would think as her being the 'Goddess of Love', Kallistei doesn't use any of her love powers or potions. Oh, yes, she always has them, and even conjures up new potions of love in her spare time. Sometimes it is good as a payment for mortals--who wouldn't accept a love potion to cast on their crush, in return for something. They were always so gullible. But although she has the love powers, she doesn't use them for herself unless it is absolutely necessary, and even then it isn't. She is too beautiful for mortals to resist, anyways. But she does have powers--she can speak to animals, mostly creatures of the sea, and she can control the sea, since it was that which she was born from at first. She can morph into a sea animal at any time, and it can be any animal, but most commonly it reflects her emotions and therefore is by default whatever animal imprint is on her hip at that time.

Age: It wouldn't be much of a Secret if I told you

Gender: Mare

Height(hh): 15.2 hh

Breed: Lusitano

Colour: Dapple Gray

Extras: Her coat has no markings, and scars are unseen

Persona: Wise and calm, she doesn't lose her temper except with her fellow gods and goddesses because a mere mortal might get hurt. Her memory is short from all her years so she doesn't really remember horses. But don't worry if you prove yourself worthy she might remember your name, and maybe even give you a glimpse at the future for your kindness from the past. She is very gentle but tough, and generous but yet doesn't really care about others. When things don't go according to plan and the future changes she does get a little cranky, mostly with the horses that think there better than all the others, or when a stubborn one won't tell and her frustration and anger takeover and thats when her powers can come in handy. Her temper is usually long lasting but it can take a quick turn for the worst when something doesn't go as planned, but when she hangs out with her fellow goddesses she can let herself relax and she doesn't have to hide everything from the mortals. When she's angered she holds a grudge until she's completely avenged what has happened. She is a fan of war, but if its gone to far or in the worst possible direction, she influences the end of it. But thats only sometimes.

History: She wasn't always a goddess. Born 202 years ago right before the Gods trapped the cursed horses Athena was born. She seemed like a regular foal, one power, one sided but as she developed her herd realized she was something more, she was more powerful as a foal than her whole herd. In the next few months she seemed to know exactly what strategy to use, who was going to fight who and who was going to win unless they did something different. She could predict the future at only 6 months and this was only her warming up. When she was 7 months of age, some of the older horses noticed that when they were around her they got a sudden calm feeling float through them, and instead of worrying decided to discuss it with Athena. At this point the gods seemed to take an interest in her. She was soon stole every week by a new stallion, at that time all that mattered was how well your herd fought, and who had the most power, dark or light, (which is still sort of true in this time). When she was 8 months old her last power was found, she had snapped on one of the stallions who had treated her badly, not caring how much pain or misery they put upon her, all they wanted was a son as powerful as her. That's when her strongest power was revealed. She started thinking of ways she could make him hurt, and amazingly they happened, to him. The stallion full of pain and agony rolled on the ground, and so she ran. She ran to the Sanctuary hoping to get away from all the pain and hatred, and thats when the gods and goddesses confronted her. They gave her the power of immortality, and when she woke up the next morning she had two pure wings on her back, and a dark grey horn on her head. She thought she was dreaming, but then she found the other gods and goddesses and they smiled upon her as if she was their greatest work. She was part of the decision that happened those 200 years ago, and the first mortal horse she sent there was the one that had mistreated her so badly. She lives now amongst the immortal, and she takes each action with care, realizing the circumstance, and regret that a wrong move can make.

Power: Goddess of War. She seems to sets a serious but happy mood when she's around, and mortals seem to open up to her. This comes in handy when fights are going on, as she seems to make everyone forget what there fighting about. When she does get angry her ability to make one think there in pain and agony can come in handy. She can see small glimpses of the future, when there will be fights, and who's leading it, and why, but she prefers to ignore them as they change quickly when one changes their mind.

Interesting Feature(s): Beautiful white wings that spread out from her back, symboling her position and beauty, but a dark almost black horn that reminds you of her power rests upon her head. Not born a god.

*sigh* Mazz, I'm sorry I'm acting so terribly. I'm just extremely stressed out right now and every teeny thing has been setting me off. I'm really sorry. *needs a hug*

She's the Goddess of the Sea.

Aquoris
(Ay-kwor-iss)

Age:
She's a Goddess, so she's ageless, really. Thousands of years old. But she appears to be about 3 or 4.

Gender:
Mare

Height(hh):
16.3 hh

Breed:
Well, she's a Goddess, of course, but she looks like an Arabian/Throughbred cross. Feminine, slim, and very fast.

Colour:
She's pale grey, and she has a large blaze. Her ears are rimmed with deep blue, and her mane is dark blue, as is her tail. Her hooves are like sapphires, and she's got blue splashes on her legs. On her withers and back are white splashes, so it almost appears like waves, with sea foam on top.

Extras:
Her eyes are deep blue, and she has a sapphire horn, tipped with ivory. She also has deep cobalt blue wings, dark primary feathers and lighter under feathers. The secondary feathers are splashed with a light blue.

Persona:
She is quiet and unforthcoming, not one to confront with fury. She is generally calm until someone talks smack about her. She is like the ocean, really. Calm and quiet, always smooth, but when she does get angry, she gets furious. She doesn't let things get too far out of hand, though. She always keeps control of herself and gets angry only if she allows herself to. She will never turn someone in need away, and she doesn't like using her powers for evil.

History:
She was born a Divine. Her mother and father had been overjoyed to have her, but one day, while she was playing in the meadow, her wings came out. Her mother was shocked and ran to fetch the father, and they quickly understood that she was one of the Divinity. Shocked as they were, they were proud to have her. Eventually, the threat of her life became too much. Horses wanted her dead because of her rank, they needed her gone to rise up. Conspiracies began, and the filly was swept away to begin a new life.

She grew up fine, her quiet history making her calm and gentle. She lived with a small band of mares, helping to lead them in rebellion against a stag that forced mares into his herd, forcing them to bear his young. They were nearly defeated, but Aquoris led the fight to the beach, using her powers to summon the waves and sweep the stag far away. She could have just called for the rain to wash out the ground beneath him, but it would have been difficult, as she was still young.

She was upheld as a hero, but the ocean was calling her and she soon returned to the beach, where she wanders now, looking over the mortals that make their homes in this desolate place.

Power:
She can control the water. She can summon the ocean, call to the rain, listen to the secrets of the rivers. She understands, she knows, it is a friend of hers. They talk, they listen to one another, they hear of the stories, they pass the messages. The water is her, and she is the water. She can use the rain to wash out anything, and she can use the waves to suck a horse far out and drown them. However, she doesn't like killing like this, so she uses it for good, mainly.

Name: Diablo (the devil! hehe)

Age: He's a god! Even he dosen't know his own age!

Gender: Stallion

Height: 16.2

Breed: Looks like an Arabian.

Color: Bright, crimson red with black eyes that have red pupils. His mane and tail are black as well, and he has not a single other marking or scar on his body.

Extras: He has one long, black and red horn adorning his forehead. This is how he controls lightning, which is a sub-power of fire.

Persona: Because he is the god of fire, his temper is easily riled. No one wants to be on the recieving end of this horses anger! Once he is riled up, it is extreamly hard to sooth him. The only way to sooth him is help from a mare, because when he's angry, he will absoluely, under no curcumstances, what so ever, will he listen to a male. Other than his anger, he is very stubborn and arrogant. Also, the fire fuels the passion for love, so he can be very loving and kind. He never judges another horse and is a great listener. Not one to back down, he is very outspoken and will not hesitate to speak what's on his mind. If he believe's that what he says and/or does is correct, then he will stick to that way unless proven wrong, which is rare. He also is easy to get along with when he is not mad, and is very forgiving and generous. His arrogance, however, often gets in the way and holds him back. He istrying to overcome this and become a powerful, yet loving and firm ruler.

History: He never knew his mother. She was always on her own out in the wide world and never returned to his father. When he was of age, his father began to teach him his ways and how to fight and become a strong ruler. He trained for decades to control his power. Soon, he found that he could summon lightning with his horn that sat atop his dished head. His father explained to him that he could do this because lighting is a sub-power of fire. They go hand-in-hand. Then, his father sent him out into the world on his own. For years he traveled, and for years he searched. He wanted a home. He wanted a mate as well. If he could make it possible, he would have a family with BOTH parents...he woulden't find a mare that wanted to roam and never come back. He'd find one that wanted to settle down and actually get to KNOW her child. That was all that he wanted.

Power: He can summon fire and lightning. That is how he attacks usually.

Interisting Feature(s): He hates water and rain. He loves flowers. Especially red ones!
